Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.
This -being the date set -for reeeivin bide for the water mains on
Streets in Lincoln Manor Addition. Bids submitted by following contractors. Cole
Asire and Moore, Geo. A. Ha:rrop,I. W. Staples. ( Insert see files for original bids.)
Refferred to the Engineering Dept. for tabulation to be'reported on Wednesday May 6th.
1925 at 7:15 P.M. .
This added to specifications for funishings water mains before bids
were opened and same wos accepted ,or bids were, changed to conform: too same by all
bidders, and same will be included in contract. Manhole a t every valve 6' Beep
5' diameter inside at bottom standard water works ring and cover 8" brick wall laid in
cameny mortor. Pipe laid with 5' cover below established grade of street. All vAlves
open to right . all lead joints 2Y deep leade instead of 2 . Contractor to furnish
material equipipent andlabor for and oonduct lest, or pipeline under engineer's
supervision. Contractor to furnish accurate measuriments to locate all parts of
system as built and submit same to Engineer. Approved by Board. R
This being the date set for the receiving of bids for the sewers on
Streets in Madison Park Addition. One bid subuitted by kooco Simeri. 8eferred to
Engineer for tabula-tfon tube reported Wednesday May 6th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M.
