Wednesday April 22nd. 1925 and Tuesday April 28th., 1925 read and approved. All members present Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1461 for pavement on Cherry Street from Jefferson Blvd. to a point ten feet north of the inter- section of the west line of Cherry Street with the northerly right af__wa llze of the New York Central Railroad Property owners appeared but no written remonstrance was filed'* Howard Woilverton of the Malleable Steel Range Company appeared for said improvement After hearing all interested parties present. Sane deferred until Wednesday May 6th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1460 for the Pavement on Altggeldt Avenue frost Miami Street to Marine Street, under Improve meat Resolution No. 1460. In the above :patter no remonstbaters appeared and no - writtox_ remonstrance was filed. After hearing ; tka all interested property owners present finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu- tion is now confirmed. Date for receiving . iponing and considering sealed propo,sa s fixed as May 19th.9 1925 at 10:.00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered published as provided by law. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Frances Street from St Vincent Street to Napoleon Street, as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1440. Iu the above natter no remonstraters appeared and no written remonstrance was TIAed.
