All members present _ Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 1461 for pavement on Cherry Street from Jefferson Blvd. to a point ten feet north of the inter- section of the crest line of Cherry Street with the northerly right af—wly li-ne of the New York Central Rai:ktoad Property owners appeared but no written remonstrance -was filed',. Howard Weilvertom of the Malleable Steel Range Company appeared for said Improveme.nt,. After hearing all interested parties present. Same deferred until Wednesday May 6th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1460 for the Pavement on Altggeldt Avenge from Miami Street, to Marine Street, under Improve vent Resolution No. 1460. In the above matter-ne remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. After hearing ; Ika all interested property ewaer"s present finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolu- tion is now confirmed. Date for receiving . ipenin and considering sealed proposals fixed as May 19th., 1925 at, 10:.00 A.M. am� notice thereof ordered published as provided, by law. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewor on Frances Street from St Vincent Street to Napoleon Street, as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1440. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was T11ed. Board further find, that the assessment roll Mod April 14th., 1925 and the :final estimate alliowed April 14th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approvd Partial estiMte allowed E. T. Tranberg contractor on made, curb and walk on Swygart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to N. Jr. I. & I. 'R, R. $Q9.29. Bid of I. W. Lower Dec. Company for painting of certain rooms in the City Hall received read and placed on file. Bid of C. E. Lee & Se, for painting of certain rooms in the City Hall received read and placed on file. Contractors bond of $1,000.00 of Indians Constr. Co. approved.
