Board met in regular session at
7:15 P* M. All members present,
Hearing given on Cademnation Resolution No, 93 for the Widening
of Kesciuszko Street seven and five tenths (7,5) feet on the east side from
Prairie Avenue t®_the south line of Lot 61.in Walnut 2nd. Addition.
In - the above matter Chester Perkins appeared and, filed a writeen
remnstranee, Being fully advised in the matter, the Board make final action on
said resolution eonfiroing without modifieall all farmer action taken on the
sane'.
The Boaddtherefore declares the above property in all things con-
demned and appropriated for public use, the Board now orders that a list or roll
be prepared of all the owners or holders of property and of valuable interests
therein sought to betaken or to be injurtously affected, which said list or rol
roll shall also describe the properly beneficially affected.
Hearing had on. Vacation Resolution No. 93 for the Vacation of an
wall'i ey lying between- lots 13 and 14 in Dunbar's and Company's Sub. of B. 0. L.
31 and 32 and running from Colfax Avenue to the first alley such of Colfax Ave.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeardd.and no written -
remonstrance was filed, The Board therefore sustain all former action �tken sn-
said resolution and .declare the above described property in 811`things vaoaa';ed.d
and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
And the Beard now orders that a list or"roll be prepared of all
owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein.sought to be
taken or to be injuriously af**btd which list or roll shall also describe the

Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 95 for the Vacation of allp
alley lying between let 95 and lots 124,125,126 and 127 kauffmsn Place Additin
extending from College Street to the easterly line of the right of way of the
Chicago, Indiana and Southern R. R.
In the ibove matter no romenstraters appeared and no written remton
strance Was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken on said
resolution and declare the above described property in all things vacated and to
this resolution in.all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 94 for the Vacation of
2nd. alley such of Indiana Avenue from Main Street to the west line of the alley
west of Fain Street also alley west.of Main Street from the south line of Let 11
Creed's 2nd. Addition to the North line of let 18 Creed's 2nd. Add.
In the above matter zz remonstrators appeared and but no written
remonstrance was filed. Mr. Wells pet�.tioner appeared for said vacation..
After hearing all interested panties present, it was decided to defer hearing
on said vacation resolution until Wednesday April 22nd., 1925 at 7:15 P.M.
Mr. Wells to see about an easement in regard topublie_utilities poles and wires
also the opening up of another alley.
Hearing had on Resolution"for pavement and widening of the roadwW
of Michigan Street from 280 feet south of Bronson Street to the north curb line
of Broadway, sate= as provided in improvement Resolution No, 1451,
Property owners appeared and remonstrated and Atty, Obenehain
and Clesents attys. appeared and remonstrated for property owners but no written
remonstrance filed. After hearing, the Board decides that the benefits to prop
party liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated
cost of the same, and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution. Date
for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals for the construction of
said pavement fixed as May 5th.9 1925 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered
published as provided by law.

Sample Street and 602 feet south appeared in.regard to petition filed under date of May
8th;, 1923 for a sewer 'on said Court. Dedication filed under date of Sept. 10th.,
1924 by F. C.•Raff fob said court to City was approved as follows: and Clerk instructed
to have same recorded
