Minutes of meetings held Wednesday Apriolst., 1925 and Tuesday
April 7th., 1925 were read and approved.
An order for one new Avery Road Raters -and one extra set of
blades for machine was signed and approved at price of ...41,500 40 with the
Avery Company of Peoria, Illinois.

,- Board met,.in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All membem present.
- Hearing had on Resolution for grade, curb and walk on Willia*
Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue, as provided in Improvement Resolutin
No. 1447• R
No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be
assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same $ and
said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering
sealed proposals fixed as April 28th,, 1925 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof
ordered publt;dhe* as provided by law,
Hearing had on Resolution for Pavement on Thirty Fourth Street
from from Mishawaka Avenue ,to Grand Trunk Western Ry. Company right of way,
as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1448. No property owners remonstratd
and no written remonstrance was filed. After hearing, the Board decided that
the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to
the - estimated most of the some, and the Board therefore now confirm the said.

Bonds and contract with Williton Construction Company as contr»
tractor on grade, curb and walk and Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Jacob
Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Mayne Street north, as prvided in improvement
Resolution No. 1458 adopted March 28th., 1925 signed and construction bond
in the sum of $29089.00 attached thereto with Inland 'Bonding Capany as sureties
approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
Contract with Williston Construction Company as contractor
on grade, curb and walk and Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Sannymede Ave
from Eddy Street to E. Line of Lot 295 of Sunnymede Addition as provided In
improvement Resolution No. 1459 ado ted March 28th., 1925 signed and constructin
bond attached theretin the sum of 18s705.00 with Inland Bonding Company as
sureties, approved. Contract and bond ordered f1bed.
