This being the date set for deferred hearing an roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Opening of Dayton Street from East line of Bungalo* Place to Robinson Streak, under Condemnation Resolution No. 89. In the above natter remonstrators appeared but no further written remonstrance was filed. The Boardafter hearing all parties interested, modified said roll filed February 3rd., 1925 by reducing said damages to $1,700.00 from 29130,00 all as shows[ in red on modified roll. The Board further find that the property assessed in said roll filed February 5th.9 1925 and as modified this 25th. day of March 1925 are benefited and damaged respectively as shoidn on roll, and said roil is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified and all action under Condemnation Resolution Na: 89 is hereby concluded. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1455. for grade, curb and walk on Huey Street from Linden Avenue to Kenwood Avenue. reading as follows: ( Insert see files. ) adopted and filed. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1456. for pavement on Talbot Avenue from Noward Street to South Bend Avenue reading as follows:- ( Insert see files.) adopted and filed. Contract with S. U. Ackerm to for pipe sewers_.on_Wayne Street, Wayne Street north and Wayne Street south, from Eddy Street to Hariatt- Street, also Jacob Street from Wayne Street north to North as provided by improvement resolution No. 1450. adopted March 17th.0 1925, signed and construction bond in the suet of $ $6,954.00 attached thereto with Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as sureties approved. Communioation received from F. G. Drone p for James 1. Barnes in fie petition filed in 1924 . for the -paving of East akside Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street, Same placed on file, no resolution -ordered for this year on account of intersection fund..
