were read and approved.

This being the date set for deferred hearing an roll of awards
of damages and assessments of benefits for the Opening of Dayton Street from East
line of Bungalo* Place to Robinson Streak, under Condemnation Resolution No. 89.
In the above natter remonstrators appeared but no further written
remonstrance was filed. The Boardafter hearing all parties interested, modified
said roll filed February 3rd., 1925 by reducing said damages to $1,700.00 from
29130,00 all as shows[ in red on modified roll. The Board further find that the
property assessed in said roll filed February 5th.9 1925 and as modified this 25th.
day of March 1925 are benefited and damaged respectively as shoidn on roll, and said
roil is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified and all
action under Condemnation Resolution Na: 89 is hereby concluded.
