1925 and the final estimate allowed February 24th.9 1925 should be and the same
are hereby in all things. ratified, confirmed and approved subject to medifieatia
modifioatlon, by equalizing cost of sewer taps, by making certain corrections
etc., as shown in red on assessment roll. withhold the sum of $25,000, 00 from
Contractor, until necessary repairs are made on,.walks, curbs, streets ets.,.to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
