Heaping had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Opening of Dayton Street from East line of Bungalow Place to Robinson Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 89. In the above matter property owners appeared an4 remonstrated against amount of benefits and damages and written remonstrance filed. After hearing all interested. parties present, ,tktxx this hearing is hereby continued to wednesday March 18th., 1925 at, 7:15 P.M.' Petition filed for serer on Sunnymede Avenue from Eddy Stroet to E. line of 233 Sunnymede Street. Resolution ordered. Petition filed for sawe rs on Wayne Street north and Wayne Street south from Eddy Street to Harriet Street. Resolution ordered. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bed Indiana; That Otis desirable to vacate the following: The alley lying between Lot 95 and lots 124, 1250 1269 and 127 Kauffman Place Addition; extending from College Street to the easterly line of the right of way of the Chicago, Indiana. & Soutern R. R. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation. Lots 950 1249 125, 126, 127 Kauffman Place Addition. Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 19th. day of March 1925 and on the 2.6th. day of March 1925 in the South Bend Tribune and News Times, This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 15th. day of April 1925 at 7:15 P.M. will hear abd receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Adopted this llth. day of March 1925. This being they date set for the informal hearing on the petition filed January 28th., 1925 by property owners for the paving and widening of Chapin Street from Washington Avenue to Psairie Avenue.
