Board appointed John Reass, Lorenz Lederer and Henry Brueger to- act as special officers for the swing of Willi -am Street Condemnation Re -Solution notices. It is hereby resolved ghat, the hearing on the 11, 00 )w�wards of damages and asessments of benefits for the Opening of €a Street tiom/Colfax Avenue to La Salle Avenue and from Marion Street to Navarre Street known as William Street be set for the 13th. day of May 1925 at 7:15 P.M. and notices or are hereby ordered served for this date. Petitionsreceived and resolutions ordered for -the sewers on Wayne ftreet, North and Wayne Street south from Eddy Street to Harriet Street. Sunnyside Avenue from Eddy Street to E, line of Lot 233 Sunnyside Avenue. Petition received read and placed on file for brick of asphalt pavement on North Adams Street from Lincoln Way West to Vassar Avenue. Petition received read and referred to the Pole and Wire Inspector for light on East Washington Avenue from Michigan Street to 1st. aid.east of_. Michigan Street Inspector filed reports and lights ordered placed as follows: - Place s 4000 lumen lamp, pendent fixture, dust proof bowl refractr mast, arm construction at the intersection of Thirty third and Hastings Street. Move are light now at Sorin Street nd Arthur Street, to Miner St. and Arthur Street,. Place a 4000 lumen lamp pendent fixture, dust proof bowl r*. fracter test arm construction at the beginning of the 3000 block on Elmer Street. Place a 400 C. P. Lamp at the corner of 27th. Street and Vine Streets to conform to other lights. Building Department filed financial report for the month of February 1925. Request of Indiana & Michigan Electric Company for place electried transformer pits at Wayne and Michigan Street an north west corner in the rear of the curb, Colfax Avenue and Michigan Street on the South west corner in the rev roar of the curb and La Salle Avenue and Michigan Streets on the northwest corner in the rear of the curb. Approved under the supervision of the City Engineer. ( See files for petition.) Communication received from Board of Public Safety requesting a four (4) drawer steel filing cabinet for the Safety Board office. Read and placed on file. Mr. Honer to investigate, The City Engineer filed report as follows:- March 4th., 1925. Description of land required to round earner at St. Louis Boulevard and South Bend Avenue. A part of lot 23 in Turnock's Sub. of part of Turnock's & Mack's Addition. bounded by a line running as follows viz:_ Beginning tit the southwesterly corner of said lot 23m and running thence north., on the west line of said lot, twenty one (21' ) feet; thence south easterly on a curve with a radius of ten (101) feet, to the southerly line of said lot; thence south 50.0 50' west a distance of twenty one (21' ) feet to the place of beginning.
