Board met in regular session at $E:15 P.M. All members present.
Hearing had an Condemnation Resolution No. 92 for the- Relocatin
of South Street. `
In the above matter remonstral ors appeared and written remonw
" strr ne * was filed, The Board being fully advised in the wetter takes final
action on said resolution, by confirming without modification all former action
taken on the sat;;#. Attys. Arnold, Elliott, Janes and Hogan appeared representig
interested parties.
The Board therefor* declares the above property in all things
condemned and appropriated for public use, and the Board now orders that a list
or rill be prepared of all the owners or holders of property and of valuable
interests therein sought to be taken -or to be injuriously affected, which list
or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected.

ion: -This will confirm the oral request heretofore *Wade on behalf of the
Grand Trunk Western Railway Uompany that you pReceed with the opening eff the
new South Street or Street to take the place of South Street, in accordance with
the terms of the contract entered into between the Grand Trunk and the City
of South Band, wi h respect to the removal and elevation of its tracks thru the
City. It is the desire of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company that this
matter be started and completed as soon as can be legally accomplished.

Engineer filed roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits
under Vacation Resolution No. 62 for the Vacation of Grace Street, Ford Street,
and allay east of Arnold Street and alley south of Grace Street.
The Board has ordered that notices of such awards of damages and
assessments of benefits be served according to law, and that a hearing be given on th•
clay of .Nlarah 1925 at 7:15 P.M. at the office of the Board in the City Hall
for the purpose of hearing remonstrators and receiving rem®nstrancts from any person
or -.parsons interested in said mtter.
