Minutes of February 25th., 1925 and March 4, 1925 read and approved. Attest:- Clerk Clerk of the Board. Wednesday Burch 4th., 1925. Pr silent. Beard met in regular session at la:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on Condemnation Resolution No. 92 for the- Relocat,in of South Street,. In the above matter remonstraluors appeared and written remora- strnne a was filed. - 4The Board bung fully advised in the matter takes final action on said resolution, by confirming without modification all farmer action taken on the sFxmt. Attys. Arnold, Elliott, Jones and Hogan appeared representig interested parties. The Board therefor* declares the above property in all things condemned and appropriated for public use, and the Board now orders that a list or rill be prepared of all the owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought, to be taken -or to be injuriously affected, which list, or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected, Razsi®nstrance filed An the .above. The following communication received from Grand Trunk Western Railway Company read and placed on file. March 4,1925. Board of Public Works South Bend, Indians:, Gentlemen:- This will confirm the oral request heretofore made on behalf of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Uompany that you pR©ceed with the opening 4if the new South Street or Street to take the place of South Street, in accordance with the terms of the contract entered into bet�reen the Grand Trunk and the City of South Band, vii3lh respect 'to the removal and elevation of its tracks thru the City. It is the desire of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company that this matter be started and completed as soon as can be legally accomplished.
