Indianan Bell Telephone Company as follows: -

Company in re extra flusher, same read and placed an file and Clerk instructed to
acknowledge same.
Petition received read and placed on file for pavement on Oakland
Street from Mishawaka Avenue to St. Joseph River,
Grades were approved, as folllwws, Ewing Avenue from Lafayette, S�Feet
to Kemble Avenue, Kemble to Dorothy and Glenn Street, to Olive Street.
Guarantee -bonds on the following streets were released to the White
Constructrion Company.
Resolution No. 678. Linden Avenue from Walnut Street to Anthony St.
( Asphalt, pavement) Guarantee bond expires December 1st, 1924,
_ Resolution No. 652 Studebaker Street from Linden Avenue to La Porte
Avenue, ( Asphalt pavement). Guarantee bond expires December 17th.9°1924.
Resolution No, 688 Ford Street, from Olive Street to a point 345' east

tenths (7.5) feet, to the south west corner of said lot 619 thence south along 6, line
seven and five thenths (7.5) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Kosciuszko
Street a distance of Pour hundreths eight and thirty six hundredths (408.36') feet to
the northerly line of Prairie Avenue; thence southwesterly to Place of beginning..
