Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. A.. members present
Petition filed kyx signed by Herman J. Alerding et al for the
Vacation of akkaxxtram lst. alley north of Colfax Avenue from Hill Street to
the first Anorth and south alley east of Hill Street. Placed on file with
following order. This is a through alley from the race to Eddy Street and
platted on beyond to the east and is important and necessary and the Board

finds it impossible to grant the petition.
