Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.N. A., members presenlr
Petition filed kyx signed by Herman J. Alerding et al for the
Vacation of &ikKXxfXwm lst. alley north of Colfax Avenue from Hill Street to
the first %north and south alley east of Hill Street. Placed an file with
following order. This is a tkrough alley from the race .to Eddy Street and
platted on beyond to the east and is important and necessary and the Board -
finds it impossible to grant the petition.
