All members preset presmstt► HeariAg had on assessment cell and final estimate for the water connections_on Lincoln Way East doom Washington Avenue to $ample Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1417. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed January 6th.9 1925 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said relit and the Board further find, that the assessment roil filed January 6th. 1925 and the final estimate allowed January 6th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and controller requested to with -hold $100.00 from contractor until it has been shown that the number of taps on Lots 102,39 & 4 Louis Nichols Audition (Herman J. Greening) and Lot 3 in Frantz's Add. in name of Alex H.-Hildebrand as shown on assessment roll were actually put_in. Policy on Cemetery Office ordered renewed and allowed to Alexis Coquillard with corrections as shown on policy and with asphalt roof. Petition filed for arc lamp,an Division Street from Chapin Street, to Seett,Streat referred to polia and wire inspector for report. The City Engineer submitted the list of property owners in the matter of the appropriation of certain property under Condemnation Resolution No. 90 for the Widening of Webster Street from Indiana Avenue to First alley Norm North of Indiana Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana,. as per resolution adopted October 29th., 1924. Which list includes the names of the owners and holders of property and its interest therein sought to be taken or beneficially or injuriously affected, and the description of the several pieces of property which is affected by the said appropriation proceedings. Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the benefits accruing to each piece of property upon said list, It was thereupon, open motion duly made and, seconded and un- animously adopted, resolved that said list, together with the amounts of benefits and damages and net benefits and det damages therein set; forth as to the several parcels of land be adopted and that the respective amount of benefits contained in said list be and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of lance as
