Board met in regular session at, 9:00.A.M. All members present.
Geo. McNabb appeared before the Board in re bill filed against
McHugh and Cole Company on River Park Trunk sever District No. 1, J. F. Cole
and Harrop Supt.-Of McHugh and Cole Company contractors on River Park Trunk sew&
sewer District Number l present. Claims settled with Geo. McNabb for $60,00
and E1do Meyers for $30.00. Cit Controller H. A. Tohulka present is hereby
requested to release the sum of 490.00 from the amount held up on McHugh and
Cole Compa•nh0.00
on above mentioned trunk sewer cahtract and pay 60.00 to Geo.
McNabb and to S Ido Meyers, balance of money held up. '
City L lectrican Wm. Henry is hereby authorized to attend the
Convention at Louisville, Kentucky of the Western Association of .&leetricla
Engineers. Expenses to be paid by the City.
Tabulation of bids submitted on the Printing of the Annual
report for 1924 as follows.

Communication received from Mayor Seebirt in re Annual Report,
Same filed.
Wm. F. Qualls reported on following petitions for lights:
pertition signed bye W'. P. Kelley -et al for light at intersec-
tion of alley running east and west and laying between Franklin Street and
William Street and South Street and Division Street. Recommended installing
of a 100 C. P. light. Report filed until such time as the demand for lights
on streets is supplied it is impossible to light alleys. Report and petition,
ordered filed.
In re petition signed by Oscar M. Starch et al for light on
Napoleon Blvd. in 400 block. Recommended that instead of light on Terra Cotta
post, that a 4000 lumen incandescent lamp pendent fixture, dust proof bowl
refractor, mast arm construction be installed at Lawrence and Napoleon Blvd.
Report approved and ordered filed.
In re request for light on Division Street between Chapin
Street and Scott Street. Recommended a 2500 lumem incandescent lamp with
pendent fixture dust proof bowl refractor on iron post, on Division Street; be-
tween Chapin Street and Scott Street on south side of street. Approved.
Acknowlddgement received from Indiana Bell Telephone Company
in re connecting two lines to terminals at Central Alarm Station on .&ast Wayne
Street, Filed.
Renewal certificate of Reliable Plbg and Heating Company
with the Aetna Casualty Company as sureties approved and ordered filed.
Excavation bond of Oswin Eulitz and Hartford Accident and
Indemnity Company as sureties approved and ordered filed.
Copy of letter sent by City Attorney to Samuel Feiwell file
Attorney for Mr. John Chums received and ordered placed on file.
Building Department Annual Report for the year ending Dec. 31
1924 received and read.

claim of Engineering Dept. from the London Laneshire Indemnity; Company on bond No.
20.84133 on Chas. Troyer account and bond of Chss. Troyer canncelled under state of
December 30tn,, 1924 forwarded for release rnd draft, turned over to City Engineering
Dept, in full settlement of liability under Bond No. 2284123.
