Wednesday January 7th., 1925.
Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present.
A committee representing River Park property owners, John B, Witwer,
0. S. Wilson, Eck. Moritz and Councilman Thornton appeared before the Board in re
petition filed for Fire station in River Park;Matter di tscursed hut, no action taken.
Bids were received opened and, read as.follows for the printing of the
Annual Report for 1924.,
;1wve.Printing Company, Hibbard Printing Co. Peerless Press,
and Peterson Printing Company., Awarding of contract chef erred until Tuesday January
13th.9 1925 at 96O0 A.M. San- to be tabulation and reported on at this time. -
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water con-
nection on Sorin Street from Notre Dame Avenue to Eddy Street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 1442. ,
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
strance was filed. The Board ,therefore find that the property assessed in said roll
filed December 16th.1, 1924 is benefited in the amount as shown on said roll, and the
Board further find, that the assessment roll filed December 16th.9 1924 and the final
estimate allowed December 16th.., 1924 should be and the same ape hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved.
