This being.the.date set for the hearing on a right or franchise
to construct certain tracks over and acr'oss-certain streets and alleys within`
City limits of this City by the New York Central Railroad Company.
Interested Citizens appeared and Attorney L. Hammersohmidt
appeared and filers w*tt4on remonstrance signed by Anthony S. Bucholtz et al
against separation and raising of grade of Walnut Street and Division Streets
where said streets are, eros'sed by the- New York Central Railroad and Grand Trunk
Western Railroad Company, afid"'againtVResolutiQn'No �_4 sid .proposed modified
resolution No. 4 for the grade separation of New York Central Railroad. Remon-
strance ordered filed,) R. R. Smith, Vice President and Gen'l. Mgr. Chicago, South
Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. Co. present but filed;no written remonstrance. '
Atty. John Buczkowski filed written remonstrance against
contract and grade separation resolutions. ( Ordered filed.)
Proofs of publications as filed under date of December 27th.

India m and affidavit from John G. Yeakley Attorney showing posting of notices
of said hearing on contract filed under date of Dec. 27th., 1924., and as approved
under date of December 30th., 1924.
After hearing all -interested parties present hearing continued
to 2:00 P. M. this 7th, day of January 1925
