This being, the, date set for the hearing on a, right or franchise to construct certain tracks over and across -certain streets and alleys within City limits of this City by the New York Central Railroad Company, Interested Citizens appeared and Attorney L. Hammerschmidt appeared and filed wart&en remonstrance signed by Anthony S. Bucholt,z et al against separation andraising of grade of Walnut Street, and Division Streets where said streets and crossed by the N-ew York Central Railroad and Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company# afid'-eagainst-Reso utinn `No 54=8iLd proposed modified resolution No 4 for the grade separation of New York Central Railroad. Remon- strance ordered filed,) R. R. Smith, dice President, and Gen'l. Mgr. Chicago, South Bend & Northern: Indiana Ry. Co. present but filed ,no written remonstrance. Atty. John Buczkowski fiie'd written remonstrance against contract and grade separation resolutions. ( ordered filed.) Proofs of publications as filed under date of December 27th. 1924 ami by News Times and'under date of Dec.-29th., 1924 by°Tribune South Bend, Indiana and affidavit from John G. Yeakley Attorney showing posting of;notices of said hearing on contract filed under date of Dec. 27th., 1924., and 4s approved under date of December 30th.9 1924. After hearing allinterested parties present hearing continued to 2:00 P. M. this 7th. day of January 1925 This being the elate set for the deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for Grade Separtion of New York Central Railroad Mompany. Deferred hearing held on contract for New York Central Railroad Company right to install certain tracks across Streets and alleys in this City also Resolution No. 4 for Grade Separation of New York Central Railroad Co mpany at certain streets in City. Attorney Hammersohmidt and Buozkowski present and discussed remonstrances heretofore filed. Hearing continued to 2P. M.
