Contract and bond ordered filed. Contract with C. E. Reesh as'contraet for pipe sewer on Arnold Street from Indiana Avenue to a point 20 feet north of the south line of Noland's Addition, as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1443* adopted NovembeR 4th., 19249 signed and construction bond attached thereto in the sum of $3.86.00 with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. as sureties approved. Contract and bond ordered filed. Permission granted to the Indiana Bell Telephone Company to set two poles and one anchor in alley north of Lincoln Way West , west of Scott Street, in alley north of Marion Street west of Leland Avenue place two anchors. Petition filed and referred tuPole and Wire Inspector for light at corner of Wilber Street and Longley Avenue. Renewal eertifica&e of Thomas J. McGrath & United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company approved.
