Streets as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1444 adopted Nov. 4th.,, 1924,
signed and construction bond attached thereto in the sum of $523.00 with Aetna
Casualty & Surety Company of Hartford, Conn. approved. Contract and bond ordered
filed.
Contract with C. E. Reesh as'contraet for pipe sewer on
Arnold Street from Indiana Avenue to a point 20 feet north of the south line of
Noland's Addition, as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1443* adopted
NovembeR 4th., 19249 signed and construction bond attached thereto in the sum of
$3.86.00 with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. as sureties approved.
Contract and bond ordered filed.
Permission granted to the Indiana Bell Telephone Company to
set two poles and one anchor in alley north of Lincoln Way West , west of Scott
Street, in alley north of Marion Street west of Leland Avenue place two anchors.

pavement on Clover Street from Mishawaka Avenue to N. Joseph River under
improvement Resolution No. 1393 adopted May 13th., 1924 signed by H, W. Reed
& Sons Constr. Company as contractors and Southern Surety Company as sureties
approved. Bond ordered filed.
Guarantee bond for one year guarantee on concrete pavement
on Emerson Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to St. Joseph River, under Improvement
Resolution No. 1391 adopted May 13th., 1924 signed by H. W. Reed and Sons Constr
Company as contractors and Southern Surety Company as sureties approved. Bond
