Tuesday December 30th., 1924.
Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.
Roxanna Petroleum 4ampany representatives presented blue print
prints showing driveways intwthhdir='propoded s4ALion gat Lincoln Way West and
Scott Street to conform to order of Board, Blue print approved.
Bityy Attorney -authorized to caneel Charles Troyer Excavation
bond for the sum of $19000.00 with the Loncashire Indemnity Company upon payment
of $110.42 to City Attorney for money clue in Engineering Department of City.
The Gl-e.r)e-instiulated to - .turn out lights in the following
parks in City.

Lagoon and greenhouse.
• Kaley Park. All -lights.
Coquiiliard Park. All lights but one on skating pond.
Studebaker Park. All lights but on skating pond.
Rum Village. All lights.
Bich received and read as follows on Rex, Cushing and Van Buren
Street Trunk sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 1445. A. Spadeni.

continuous thoroughfare also change Logan Street to Pierce Street to avoid
confusion .
