Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. All menbers present.
Deferred hearing had on New York Central Railway Company Grade Separat
Separation Resolution No. 4. Atty. Buezkowski present representing property owners.
Nearing continued to December 31st.f 1924 at 9:00 A.M.
-Contract for sewer on Napier Street from center of 1st alley east of
Kaley Street. to Meade Street awarded to C. E.4 Re;esh at......,..$1,047.50
Contract for aewer on Arnold Street from. Indiana Avenue to 20 ft.
north of South line of Noland's Addition at .................... 772.20
Renewal, certificate of fames E. Haney on -91',000.00 Excavation bond
approved.
Petition.reeeived for light at corner of Pleasant Street and 28th.
Street. Referred to Pole and Fire Inspector.
Mattefi of Goo. - McNabb Sill filed with controller against-J. F.
Cole on River Park Trunk sewer No. I discussed with City Controller H. A. Vehulka,
and it was agreed by Mr. Tohulka -that this matter - would be investigated and see
if bill can be paid some way.
