Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.,
Clerk absent.
Bids were received opened and read as follows:-- Pipe sewer on
Arnold Street from .Indiana Avenue to Noland's Add. under Improvement Resolution
No. 144-3. Rocco Simeri, C. E. Reesh. ( See files far original bids.)

Guarantee bond signed by Williston Construction as Contractor
and Inland Bonding Company of South Bend, Indiana a(s. sureties for the 'sum of
:92,291,00 for the -sheet asphalt pavement on Warren Street from Division Street
to the Grand Trunk Western R. R. approved and ordered filed.

Contractor and Inland. Bonding Company of South Bend, Indiana as sureties for the
sum of $1,899.00 for the sheet asphalt pavement on Van Buren Street from
Lawndale Avenue to Sancome Avenue also Sa:ncome Avenue from Lincoln Way Vest
to California A venue, approved and ordered filed.
In Re petition filed for light on Chapin Street at New Jersey
Indiana & Illinois Railway Company trackseferred to the Common Council to order
light installed at Railroad;

Wire Inspector.for report.
Communication received from H. S. Cover in regard gasoline pump
being on public property. Placed on file.
Nearing had on assessment roil and final estimate for pipe sewer.
on Glenn Street from Prairie Avenue to 1st. alley north of Ewing Avenue, under
improvement Resolution No. 1326.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed In
said roll filed December 9th.9 1924 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on
said roll, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed December
9th., 1924 and the final estimate allowed December 9th., 1924 should be and. the
same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved,.
