This being date for deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for the Separation of grades an elevation of tracks Of the New York Central Ry, Co. Atty. Buszkowski pre sent.—_-ffeai tng -deferred to Wednwafty December 24 th. , 1924. at 9: CCU A.M. A. H. Bauernfiend representing'the Rdxanna petroleum Cepr. , pearac-bl-fore the Bard at the request of the City Engineer and subgitted blue prints showing lmc�:tions of driveways into service station proposed.for the Corner of Lincoln Way West and Scott Street. The following -order adopters by the Board. It is hereby ordered that hereafter that all entrances to any Service Stations shall not exceed Twanty five (25') feet in width where same crosses sidewalks. Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of a strip 6 land four (4) ft. wade off of the west side of the alley lying along the west line of the T. H. & L. R. R. right of way from Ewing Avenue to the first alley north of.Ewing_Av_enue_-,. under I� Resolution No. 90. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The ( Benefits and damages being e:ual. The Board therefore declares the above roil filed December 2nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The (benefits and damages being equal). The Board therefore declares the above rolla filed Deecmber2nd., 1924 in all things ratified, cvfiflirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Bugbea's Addition, under Vacation Resolution No. 85. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The (benefits and damages being equal). The Board therefore declares the above roll filed October -122nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confirmed and apprord, and the proceedings closed. Wednesday December 17th., 19?4. Continuted Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the vacation of Seven (7') foot alley lying east of lot 41 Judie's lst. Addition from McKinley Avenue is Madison Street,,_under Improvement Resolution No. 87.' e In the move matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-- stranee filed. The Board therefore declares the above roll. filed December 2nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Contractors bond for the sum of $1,000.00 for cement word. in City signed by John Sidmon under date of 1922 and renewed under date of March 8th., 1923 is hereby released.
