Thies being date for deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for the Separation of grades and elevation of tracks of the New York Central Ry, Co. Atty. Bauernfiend representing'the Raxanna petroleum Copr. rppeared- -b 'are the Board at the request of . the City Engineer and subytitted blue prints showing lotit,ions of driveways into service station proposed.for the Corner of Lincoln Way West and Scott Street. The following ardor adopted by the Beard. It Is hereby ordered that hereafter that all entrances to any Service Stations shall not exceed Tw my five (25') feet in width where same crosses sidewalks. Hearing had. on assessment roll of awards of dnm%ges and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of a strip 6 land four (4) ft. wdG off of the west side of the alley lying along the. west line of the T. H. & L, R. R. right of way from Ewing Avenue to the first alley north of Ewing -Avenue.,. under Resolution No. 90. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The ( Benefits and damages being equal. The Board therefore declares the above roil filed December 2nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damn es and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of the alley lying between fats 581 and 590 Summit Plaice 3rd. Add. from the alley lying along G. T. W. R. R. to First Alley north of Sample Street, under Vacation Resolution No, 91. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance ras filed. The (benefits and damages being equal). The Board therefore declares the above rolls filed December2nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confdrmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Hearing had on assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley in Willis A. Bugbee's Addition lying above lots 17 and 18 in Willis A. Bugbee's Addition, under Vacation Resolution Re. 85. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The (benefits and damages being equal). The Board therefore declares the above roll filed October >22nd., 1924 in all things ratified, confirmed and approwd, and the proceedings closed.
