Concrete pavement on Alley south of Washington.Avenue from
Lafayette Street to William Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 13.79. Filed
November 18th.9 1924.
Grade curb and,.walk on 18th. Street from MishawakaAvenue to

In the above matter no.remonstrators appeared except in
grade, curb and walk on Van Buren Street, under Improvement Resolution No. .1433,
The Board therefore finds that the }property assessed in said rolls filed
November Iith. 12th., and l@th., 1924 are benefited, in- the amounts as shonw on
said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed Nov.
11,12, and 1.8th., 19Q4 aiid ; l,Y e=-fiiiAl e§tiiA-%dt allowed Nov. 11,12 and leth.
1924 should be and the same are hereby i.i all things, ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 90 for the Wideng
Widening of Webster Street from Indiana Avenue to the alley North v
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed.. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken,
and declare the above described property in all things, condemned and approriated
for public use and this resolution in all things, ratified, confirmed and approvd
The Board further ordered that the City Engineer be instructed
to prepare a roll of all owners or holders of property and of vaulable interests
therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll
shall also describe the property benefidally affected and show the awards of
damages and assessments of benefits in the above matter.

Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 92 for the Vacation of alley
.north of Ewing Avenue from Walnut Street to Morris Street, also alley between Walnut
Street, and Morris Street fr9m,alley north of .Ewing. Avenue to a point 68 feet north
of -the north line of the alley north of Ewing Avenue.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written, -remon-
strance was filed. The Board therefore sustain "all former action taken on said
resolution and declare the above,desc.ribed property in all things vacated and.this
resolution in all thingsrs-11fied, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners
or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or ,to be
injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially
aggected.
Hearing had on improvement Resolution No'. 1444 for the pipe sewer' on
Napier Street from Meade Street to eenteT °line of the first alley ease, of Klley Street.
In the above matter no remonstrators'appeared and no written remon-
stranoe was filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to _property liable to
be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost or the same, sad
said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed
proposers fixed as 23rd . day of December 1924 at. 10:00 A.M. and .notice thereof ordered
published as provided by law.
Hearing,;had on improvement -Resolution No. 1443 for pipe sewer on Arnold
Street from Indiana Avenue to a point 20 feet north of the south line of W. A. Noland's
Addition. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. The
Board therefore finds that benefits to property liable to be assessed for said
improvement are equal to the est mated' cost of the same, and sais resolution is now
confirmed. Date for reeving, opening and considering sealed proposals fixed as
December 23rd., 1924 9Vt- 10—VOO A.-M." `aim -notice thereof -ordered published as provided by
law.
W. 0. Davis, Pres . Safety Board, C. Smogor , Mayor Seebirt, and vim. Qualls
met all :discussed the matter as to who eras to pay for .semaphore lightiing, also
puce to keep the extra police machines. Semaphore lighting to be paid for by Board
of Works out of Street Lighting Fund and matter of place of housing of extra police
machines to be investigate.
Estimated cost of pipe sewer on Napier Street from Meade Street to
the first alley east of Kaley Street filed at.......J1,285.00
Pipe sewer on Arnold Street from Indiana Avenue to a point 20 feet north
of the south line,of N. A. Noland's Addition filed st..•$955.00
Contract forinstalling 48 inch pie across Brookfield Street awarded
to Hoban & Roach at $280.00 Note: The pipe to be furnished by the City along bank.
