Board .:net in regular session at 7:15 P.M. , All members present.
Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimtes on the following
improvements:-
.(Qoncrete pavement on Chapin Street front Alley north of Leon Court
to Indiana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1415 Dlled �TNovember 5th ,.1924.
Grading and mlk on Ewing Avenue and Fellows Street under Various
Streets Contract, Improvement Resolution No. 1395. Filed_Nevembert.4th.9 1924.
Grade, curb and valk on Anthony Street from Washington Avenue to
Bivision Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1312. Filed October 28th., 1924.
WA ter cohnections on Fellows'Street, from'Divisian Street'to Monroe
under Improvement Resolution No. 1420.'Filed November 4th., 1924. '
Water connections on Chapin Street from alley north of Leon Court
to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1421. Filed November 4th.9 1924.
In the alcove matter no remonstrators appeared and no written 'remon-
strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed 'irl said roll
filed November 4th., 1924 is benefitted in the amountw as shown on said roll, anA the
Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Nevrmber 4th., 1924 shdulhe
final estimate allowed November 4th.9 1924 should be and the same ana hereby in ell
things ratified, confirmed and approved. '

and on Chapin Street at New Jersey Indiana & Illinois Railway Company tracks. RefeNred

In re obstruction out in Fellows Street owned by Thomas Dodge
taken up with Chief Lane and Assn► Chief Hamittone Chief requested to investigate
this obstruction and report on same.
Clerk instructed to send following notice to all parties having
gasoline.
- You are hereby reminded that the perm _for ramoving from the public lj,,;
property all gasoline pumps, oil, kerosen4, sir and water apparaLTas for securing
motor vehicles etc., which is above the street level, expires December 31,1924,
and any such apparatus occupying public property after that dame will be removed at
your risk.
Clerk instructed to ordere turtle lights at intersection of following
streets in -City discontinued.
Lafayette and La Salle Avenue, Lafayette and Washington Avenue,
Colfax Avenue and Main Street.
