Hearings had bn assessment rolls and final estimates as follows
Grade, curb and weak on Anthony Street from. Washington Avenue
to Division Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1312•. Filed October 28,1924
Deferred until November 26,1924 at 7:15 P.M.
Grade, curb and vmlk on Vernon Street from Calvert Street to
Ewing Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.'1351. Filed October 28,1924.
Grade, curb and walk on Brookfield Street from Prairie Avenue
to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1320. Filed October 28,1924.
Grade, curb and walk on St. Josepij Street from Ewing Avenue to
Altgeldt Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1255. Filed October 28,1924.

and 1432.
Tn the above mutter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in
said rolls filed. October 28th., and Nov. 12th., 1924. is benefitted in the
amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment
roil s filed October 28, 1924 and Nov. 12, 1924 and the final estimates allowed
October 28th., 1924 and Nov. 12th., 1924 should be and the same are hereby in al
a.11 things ratified, confirmed and approved.

Indiana as sureties, for the sheet asphalt Pavement on Corby Street from St. Louis
Blvd. to South Bend Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1210 adopted. May 29th.,
1924, approved and boftd ' ordered filed.
Engineer signed assessment rolls and final estimates as follows: -
Brick pavement on Fellows Street from -Division Street to Monroe
Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1414.
Brick pavement on alley,south of Division. Street from Franklin Street
to willi�m Strut, under Improvement Resolution No. 1203.
Assessment, rolls adopted and final estimates allowed Notice of
adoption of the assessment rolls and of.hearIng upon the same on the loth. day of
December-1924 at 7:15 P.M..ordered published as provided by law..
Permission granted the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company to place
Standard Transformer Vault on the north side of Colfax Avenue in rear of curb between
Main Street and lst. alley vest in front of the new theatre and store building being
constructed on the northwest corner of west Colfax Avenue and Main Street. Approved
Blue print and same is subject to approval of Supt. of Lights and Wire.
