Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Frances Street
as prdvided in Improvement Resolution No. 1440. No°.rion'Lraors appeared and
no r,emonst &noes -filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property
liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the
same,.and said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opentdg and con-
sidering sealed proposals fixed aq 2nd. day of December 1924 at 10:00 A.M. and
notice thereof ordered published as provided by law.

Street from Michigan Street to Mellows Street, under Improvement Resolution No,
1439.. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The 14oard
therefore finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for sa rd
improvements are ewrusl to the.estimated cost of the same, and said resolution
is now confirmed. Date for receiving , opening and considering sealed proposals
fixed as December 2nd., 1924 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as
required by laws -

-Dundee Street from Division Street ti Washington Avenue, under Improvement Resolu-
t,ion. Nit, 1438. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed

assessed for said improvement are equil to the estimated cost of the same, as
and said resolutian is now confirmed, Date for receiving, opening -and considering
sealed proposals fixed as -December 2nd., 1924 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered
