Lincoln Highway Addition approved. ( Insert see files for dedication.).
L. W. Hammond City Attorney explained written report on
revision of the minutes of the Board. Referred to Mayor Seebirt and City Engineer
for their approval and suggestions before report is adopted.
Permission granted to Indians Beli,Telephone Company to set
20 poles on Magyar Court between"Walnut Street and Scott Street, also one anchor
on Lurel Street.between Magyarr Court and Division Street and one anchor in the
lst. allwy west of Laurel Street between Magyar Ct. and Napier Street.
Thirty day notice ordered sent to St. Joseph's Academy to
repair or construct sidewalk on south side of Wayne Street betwen Taylor Street,
and west property line.
Petition filed for light at corner of Linden Avenue and Kaley
