North of Division Street and alley between St. Louis Blvd. and St. Peter
Street, from Lot 4 in Coquillard's 2nd. Additiaw under Vacation Resolution No.
34.
In 'the ubove• matter Atty. Martin appeared and filed
written remonstrance for Wm :_Zammon against amount, of damages allow .. Remon-
strators appeared but no further written remonstrance filed. The Board there-
fore declares the above rollz filed August 20th., 1 24 'in all things ratifie*,
confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. See files for roll).

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
strance filed. The Board therefore finds that the property assessed in said rolls
filed on -the 16th., 17-�h. and 23rd. day of September 1924 are benefited in the
amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Boardd further find, that the assessment rolls
filed Sept. 16th., 17th. and 23rd. 1924 and the final estimmte allowed Sept. 16th.,
17th. , and 23rd.. 1924 should be and the same are hereby in all, things ratifid confirme
and approved.
Snaring had on assessment roll rind final estimate for pavement on
Stull Street from Michigan Street to Franklin Street, under Improvement Resolution
No. 1394 .
• In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remon-
steance was filed. -The hearing 'continued until Wednesday October ,15th., 1924 at,
7:15 P.M.
Resolution ordered for sewer on McKinley Avenue from the east line
of Sunnyside Avenue to the east line of Sunnyside Manor..
Grade allowed on Brookfield Street from North line of Elwood Avenue
to South line of Keller Street, College Street from N. line of Ellwood Avenue to
South line of Keller Street, Bulla Avenue from Brookfield Street to South line of
College Street.
