Deferred hearing on Resolution No. 4 for the Separation of
Grades for the New York Central Ry. Co. on certain streets in this City. Atty.
Yeagley present,_representing.the New York Central Ry. Company and Atty.
Buczkowski present representing property owner's. Heaping continued until
Wednesday October 15th., 1924 at 9:00 A.M.

present.
Hearing had on Roll of awards of damages -and assessments
of benefits for the Vacation of St. Peter Street from Division Street to allay
North of Division Street and alley between St. Louis Blvd. and St. Peter
Street, from Lot 4 in Coquillard's 2nd. AdditioiL under Vacation Resolution No.
34.

written remonstrance for Wm:.-nGammon against amount, of damages allow. Remon-
strators appeared but no further written remonstrance filed. The Board there-

in the' above matter no remonstrators appeared and no
written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore fig declares the above
roll filed August 27th.9 1924 in all things ratified;( -confirmed and approved and
