The following notice is hereby ordered sent to Jefferson Hotel Company. Attention Mr. Van Valkenburg. You are maintaining a stairway in the sidewalk on the Jefferson Blvd. side of your hotel. These stairways ar* an eneroeh- ment on City property, a nd_are being removed whever they have been built in the business seetin of the City, as they are both an obstruction and a hazard.
