It Is -finally agtreeed between the parties hereto that that part
of such cost se'to be`paid by said Railway Company shall be the excess of the
cost of the construction of said pavement in the area within and between said
• rails and tracks and. one foot in tidthd adjacent to and outsi-de Iof said track
or tracks over what the cost of the construction of a pavement within said aree
would be if such pavement in said area. were constructed of asphalt.

railing, as may be necessary for entrance to building on north side of Bridge
on Ls Salle Avenue bridge, for building to be erected at corner of North Mich.
Street and La Salle Avenue. They to build such substantial railing around en.
