Beard met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.
Mayor Seebirt kook up matter ef�building culvert across Brookfield.,
Street and about seeing County Commissioner for same. City Engineer instructed
to get prices on 48 inch tile.
Property owner from 434 So, Olive Street eomplained of a
depression,:in pavement on east side of 2nd. alley south of Division St. Referred
to City Engineer for investigation. a
Fillip Bondurant,, Frank J. Anderson and Ed Nedde appointed as
appraisers to appraise darmages and benefits on property, 'Laken for the opening of
Colfax Avenue.
`` Engineer signed assessment riii and final estimates under the
following improvement resalutions:.
Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Marquette Avenue from Michigan
Street to Lafayette Streei, under Improvement Resolution No. 1375. ;
Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Stull Street from"Michigan
Street to Franklin Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1394. '
Concrete.pavement on Anthony Street from Linden Avenue to Bertrand
Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1380.
Grade, curb and walk on Swygart'Avenue from PrairieAvenue to
Ewing -Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1311.
Assessment rolls adopted and final estimates allowed. Noti ee
of adoption of the asessment rolls and of hearing upon the same oar =the 8th. day
of October 1924 at 7:15 P.M. ordered published as provided by law.

improvement Resolution No. 1415 , adopted July 16th.9 1924 signed and constructia
bend in the sum of $3,134.00 with the American Surety Company of America as
sureties , approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
