In the above matter no remonstrators appeared except on Dorothy
Street grade curb and walk but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board
therefore find that the property assessed in said roils filed August 27th. 1924
and Sept. 2nd, are benefi,tted in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Boad
further find, ` that the assessment rolls filed August 27th„ - and Septa 2nd, 1924
and the final estimate allowed August 27th., andiSept. 2nd.1, 1924 should be and
the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved with excaptiA
of Grade, curb and walk on Dorothy Street and Grade, curb and walk on Hastings
Street which are deferred until Sept. 24th.9 1924 at 7:15 P.M. Roll on Grade
curb and valk on Olive Street modified by eliminating that portion of the. -street
between Bergan Street and Wilson Street.
