Light now at corner of Broadway and Marietta Street to a 300 C. P. Light and reset the pole to the corner., In re petition signed by Dewsy Comer zxd et al in regard to set& setting poles on Linden Avenue between Carlisle Street and Sadie Street, upon investigation find that these poles are in proper place, but that buildings on th the east side of the alley as standing 3 feet ut in alley. Buildings ordered moved back on property line. Engineer's office zilk to furnish a list of names and notices to be served according to law. Release of Indiana Construction Company bond on Various Street grade, curb and walk improve)nents approved. Contract with L. H. Webster under Improvement Resolution. Np 1.410 for pipe sewer on Francis Street from Howard Street, to a point 71 feed, south of St. Vincent Street adopted July 8th., 1924 signed and construction bond in the sum of $566.00 *with Hartford Accident and Indemnity company as sureties, approved, Contract and bond ordered filed. Contract with C, H. Eldred as ontractor for grade, curb and walk on Highland Blvd, from Delaware to Prdirie Avenue as provided in Improvement Resolution No. 1296 adopted February 12th., 1924 signed and construction bond attached thereto in the sum 'd: "ST,'>:06.00 with the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company of Hartford Conn, as sureties, approved. Contract and bond ordered filed. Contract with (C.-E. Reesh as contractor for pipe sewer on Rose Street from Portage Avenue to 25 Ft. southwesterly of the.northeasterly line of lot 23 Portage Heights Addition signed and construction bnd in the sum of $1,295.00 attached thereto with fttl The AetharCasualty and Surety Company as sureties approved. Burke for water connections on South Lafsyet Street from a point 445' south of,Bronson Street to Sample Street as provided in Resolution No. 1411 adopted July 16th., 1924 approved and contract ordered filed. Engineer signed assessment rolls and final estimates under the following improvements, trade, curb and walk on Dorothy Street from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1361. Pipe sewer on Poland Street from Olive Street to Meade Street, under Improvement, Resolution No. 1327. L 49:7 Concrete pavement on McPherson Street from Dunham Street, to Sample Street under Improvement Resolution NO. 1329+ Grade, curb and, walk on Hastings Street from 29th. Street to the alley East of 29th. Street from 34th. Street to Logan Street., under Improvement Resolution No. 1352. ` Mexican Sheet asphalt pavement on Victoria Itreet from Miami Street to a point 88 ft;. west of High Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1305. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1415 ACTION ON BIDS HVINC BEEN DEFERRED to this date, the Board now designated concrete as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be improvea, nd further action herein is continued until Sept. 16th., 1924 , IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1414 Action on bids having been deferrred to this date, the Board now designates Hoick on gravel base with bituminous filler as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be iinprov*d and all further action herein is continued to Seprt. 16th.9 1924.
