All members present. • Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimates on following improvements:_ a - Pavement on Calvert Street from Miami Street to Leer Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 130,E Filed August 61,1924. Pavement on Dubsit Avenue from Leer Street to lst. alley east of Clyde'Street,, under Improvement Resolution No. 1286, Filed August 5th., 1924, Pavement on Carroll Street from Broadway to Haney Avehu.e under Improvement Resolution No. 1328 filed Jul_y_> U `30th,,1g24. Pavement on Harris Street from Ford Street to Sample Street,' lender Improvement Resolution No. 1288 Filed August 5th.9 1924. Pater connections on High Street from Indiana Avenue to Ewing Avenue under Improvement Resolution_ No..1345. Filed July 30th., .1924. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written romon- strances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed July 30th„ 1924, August 5th. and August 6th„ 1924 are blenef.itted in the ,amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further finds, that the assessments rolls � '�l filed. July 309 August 5 and 6th., 1924 and the final a stimatesallowed July '30th, August 5th. and 6th.9 1924 should be and the -same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on Condemnation Resolution No. 89 for the Opening of Dayton Street .thru to Robinson Street. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrance filed under date of June llth., 1924 considered. The Board after hearing all interested parties present sustain all former action taken, and declare the above ,desoribed property in all things, condemned and appropriated for public use and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board further ordered that the City Engineer be instructed to pre- pare a roll of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the prperty beneficially affected and show the awards of, damages and assessments of benefits in the above matter. -. Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 89 for the vacation of an alley in WAdham's Addition. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken on said resolu- tion and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this .resolution i. in all things ratifed, confirmed and approved. .And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. Hearing held on Vacation Resolution No, 90 for the Vacation of alley in Orchard. Lawn Addition, or &*ley lying along west side of the Terre Haute & Logansport Railway . In the above matter Atty. Yeagley appeared and filed.wbttten remon- strance. The Board after hearing all parties interested modified said resolution by vacating strip four W ) feet wide along the west side of the alley only and as modified this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or rel shall also describe the property beneficially affected.
