Hearing had on Resolution No. 1415 fox pavement, on Chapin St**Ot tfrom 1st, alley north of Leon Court to Indiana Avenue. . No r*:monstrators appeared and no written remonstranse was filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits' to property liable tob* assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolution is now confirmed. Bate for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals fixed as 2nd. day of Septemb*T 1924 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered published as provided by law.
