Board met, .in- regular session at 9:00 A�.M All members present.

Atty. Haemersehmidt appeared before the Board representing the Silver
Flash Service Station at corner of Lafayette and La Salle Avenue in regard to type of,
"of being used. No action taken as same does not conform to the Building Code
Ends received and read as follows Pavement alley south of Washington
Avenue, Hoban & Roach and Carl Zimmer.
Pavement on alley betwoon Portage Avenue and Ashland Avenue from Rex

Resolution No. 1330 petitions having been filed within- ten days from the time bids were
-received by persons claiming to lie a majority in number of the freekolder.e residing on
said street to be improved, and the Board hereby referred said petitions to the City
Engineer for his report as to whether said petitioners constitute a majority in number
of ythe freeholders residing on said street and this matter is hereby continued until the
12th, day of August 1924 at 10:00 A.M. when the Board will determine the sufficiency of
said petitions, and will let the contract, or will reject all bids.

Permission granted the Indiana & Michigs►n Electric Company of this
City to lay underground conduit on Lincoln Way East from a point 200 feet south of
Bronson Street to Sample Street as shown on blue print. Approved subject to permission

filed.

as provided by improvement Resolution No. 1393, adopted May 13th.9 1924 signed and
