Son Construction Co. is the lowest and best bidder for said improvement, and the Boar
so finds, and lets the contract for said improvement to hits[, and orders that said improve-
ment be made with Bibrolibhie and all proceedings heretofore had in this latter are hereby
confirmed and ratified.
Concerning the improvement o the roadway of Dubail Avenue from
Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue in pursuance to Resolution No. 1392 the petition of free-
holders residing_on said street is considered , and the report of the City Engine* is
received and all evidence is heard, and the Board of Public Works finds that said petition.

improved, and that said petition is sufficient and it is therefore considered and adjudged
that said improvement be made with Sheet asphalt using Mexican Asphalt the kind of
pavement requested in said petition; and the City Engineer reports that The Albert
Construction Colip icy is the lowest and best bidder for said improvement, and the Board
do so find , and lets the contrast for said improvement to then and orders that said
improvement be made with Sheet asphalt using Meaicaa Asphalt and all proceedings herotofor4
had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified.
The City Engineer having reported on tabulation of bids,
preliminary orders were entered as follows: -IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1330 for pavement
on Lincoln Way East from Washington Avenue to Sample Street. Action on bids being deferre4
to this date, the Board now designates Brick on concrete bse with asphalt filler
as the kind of pavement with which §aid street is to be unproved, and further action hereix
continued until 5ttL. clay of August 1924 at 10:00 A.M.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1331 for pavement on Washington Street
from Michigan Street to Lincoln Way East. Aetish on bids having been deferred until
this date, the Board new designates Brick on concrete base with asphalt filler as the
kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved, and further action herein
continued until 5th, day of August 1924 at I-010017k.31.
