Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade,..: curb and walk on Dale Avenue from Donald Street to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1310. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written. remon stranoe was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed June 18th.,' 1924 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed June 18th., 1924 and the final estimate allowed June 18th., 1924 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. In .the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. P. light ordered Plaoed.on Northeast corner of High and Fox Sts. with a mast arm construction. Claims as evidenced by.vouzahers numbered from 751 to 796 inclusive allowed. The Board of Public Works having under consideration , the construction of a Trunk sewer known as the Sunnyside Trunk sewer system under Improvement Resolution No. 13999 and having given noticn�ofthe editherein,said andShavingnheard and considered to said notice and at the time a place fix written remonstrance filed and all evidence offered. The Board now finds that the area od district to be drained is properly bounded as deserit-ed in said -preliminary resolution, and further finds that the special benefits to the property within such district or area will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of said tm.proposed improvement as shown by the estimate of the City Engineer, heretofore filed, and the said resolution is now in all things confirfled.
