Board resolved that bids be advortrised for pavement on. Lincoln Pray East from Washington Avenue to Sample Street and on Washington Avenue from Lincoln Way'East to Michgan Street, on July 2nd., 1924 and July 9th,, 1924 bids to be received up to 10:00 A.M. Contract and bond ordered filed. Cntract with H. N. Barnes ascontractor for grade, curb and wi k on Bissell Street from Arthur Street to E. City Limits, as provided by improvement Resolution No. 1364 tax adopted April 16th., 1924 signed and construction -bond attached thereto in the sutra of $29418.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty. Company as sureties approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
