Hearing had on Improvement Resolution for pavement on Dubail Avenue from Kemble Avenue to Prairie Avenue, as privided in Resolution No. 1392. Property owners appeared but no written re monsteance was filed. The Board therefoe finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed, for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, and said resolution is now confirmed. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals fixed as July 8th., 1924 at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof ordered published as required by law. Resolved that bids be received July 8th., 1924 at 10:00 A.M. for grade,, curb and walk on California Avenue from College Street to alley west of College Street under I mprovement Resolution No. 1354. Also for grade, curb and walk on Dorothy Street from Prairie'Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under IMprove*VLi4t Resolution No. 1361. Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, - Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Swygart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1275. No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the poperty assessed in said roll filed May 20th., 1924 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board further. find. that the assessment roil filed May 20thi, 192/+ and the final estimate allowed May 20 1924 should be and the same are hereby n all -things ratified, confirmed and approvd Written remonstrance filed June %th., 1924 against paving of Warren street and property owners.appeared, the Board after hearing all parties present decided that written remonstrance was not a majority and same over -ruled. Property owners appeared from Taylor Street from Indiana Avenue to Calvert Street in regard. to petition filed on June nth., 1924 for change of material and petition was approved as filed changing material from Brick to sheet asphalt. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Sub --Trunk sewer known as St. Peter Street `surer from South Bend Avenue to Napoleon Street, all as shown in resi,ution No. 1223 spread on page 344 Record no. 11 of Board of Works Records. ,.A ess:ment .,roll ad.optedi and final estimate allowed. Notice of the adoption of .the assessment roll and of he%ring upon the same on the 2nd. day of.July 1924 at 7:15 F.M. ordered published as provided by law.
