Board held conference with Ed Neddo, Philip Bondurant and Frank J. Anderson appraisers on Williams Street opening and various matters pertaining to the Opening of William Street were discussed. The following resolution adopted: LOCAL SEWER. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1�980.1 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Sau-th,Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a locQl.%sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property hiders whose pr-peri,y' abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral strains , be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Sunnyside Avenue from Palaver Boulevard to Sorin Street, Miner Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Alley West of Sunnyside Avenue also Cedar Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Alley West of Sunnyside Avenue as follows, to--wit:...
