Board met in special
session at 9:00 A.
M. All members present.
City Engineer present.
William Bradford and
EdTvmard Latowski
appeared before the Board, and
objected to assessments dof $102.97
each on lots Nos.
6 and Tin Morris Park for the
sewer on Kinyon Street from. Portage
Avenue to Medora Avenue, on Anderson Street from
Keller Street to al'l.ey south df Myon
Street, and on
Medora Street fr.om.Kellea Street
to alley south of Kinyon Street, Improvement Resolution
No. 1079, and stated that they
had not received natioe in sufficient,
time to take said
matter up act the hearing'.
The°Board, after considering said matter
ordered that there should be
a rebate of -$50.00 'paid to William
and Mamie Bradford,
ownetS of said Lot 6 and EdWard
P. and Alice M. LaUoski, owNERS Oµ'
Lot 7 ($50.00 each
lot), said amount to be pEid out
of MisceilaFnenus Fund of Board of Works funds upon proper
papers being filed; this re-
bate to be made on 'account of the fact that same lots
were assessed for Portage Avenue
Sewer.
