HARDY, Vice President, acting President. , Petitition filed and approved for sewer and pavement on Robertson Street from Lincoln Way East to New York Central tracks, property owners appearing and re- questing both improvements. Hearing had nn Improvement Resolution No. 1327 for Pipe Sewer on Poland Street from Meade Street to Olive Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the Uity Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adapted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, cafifirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be 'publishod on the 30th day of April, 1924 and on the 7t;h4- day o f k a�:r,, 1924 in the Souk h Bend News Times and South b'uld Tribune in said Cii6ys stating tbwi. this Board will receive bids for the construction mf said improvement up to 10:00.A.M. on the 20th day of May, 1924. Irwin -Jackson appeared 4nd remonstrated against sewer for the reason he wioul:.i not be ben- afitted because of being unable to build on back of lots.
