The Board after due consideration modified said resolution by omitting McPherson Street, and the Board being fully.advised in the premises; decides that, the benefits to property liable to be assessed fro said improvement are equal to the estimated Cost, of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there�Dpon takes final action on said resolution as modified and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified. Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and written remonstrances were filed, The Board after hearing all interested parties presented rescinded all action on said above mentioned resolutions. . Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1315 for the grade curb and walk on Pulaski Street from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and stated that the. property owners did not want a grade, curb and walk inly wanted grade established so all action on said resolution is hereby rescinded. Hearing --had on improvement Reslution No. 1311 for the grade, curb and walk on Swygart Avenue from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Svenue, in the City of South Bend, IndiAne. Upin said hearing remonstrators appaed but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board ther0ore decide to eliminate sidewalk on west side of 'Swygart Avenue from Ewing Avenue to Warren Street and the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liabel to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estinnted cost of the same, as re ported by the City Civil Engineer , and thereupon takes inal action on said resolution as modified, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, eonfie9d and approved. In the above muter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed March 12th., 1924 is benefit -Led in the amounts as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed March 12th., 1924 and the final estimate allowed March 12th. 1924 and should be.and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
