Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. Mr. L. P. Hardy absent.
The hearing; on Contract of Grand Trunk Western Railway Company for -re-
moval and relocation of its tracks in City as set out in Resolution adopted Feb
ruary 26th, 192Z}, Page 139, is hereby changed from .Burch 14th, 1924 to March 24th
19241, at 7: 30 P.M.

Resolution was adopted for Grade and Curb on bothsides , and sidewalk on
east side of Gertrude St. from Prairie AVE: TO Ewing Ave, as follows:
SIDEWALK"IMPROVE"ENT RESOLUTION. No. 1323.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST.
JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, That it is deemed necessary to impriove
GERTRUDE STREET FROM PRAIRIE AVENUE TO EWING AVENUE as follows, to wit:
Said Street shall be graded from property line to property line to the
established grade and cement sidewalk'shall be constructed on the East side Of
Gertrude Street and cement Cur} nn both sides of said Gertrude Street from Prairie
venue to Ewing Avenue. ALL AS IS MORE PARTI cularly shown and all in -accordance
with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on filedin the Office
of the Department of Public Works of the C ity of South Bend, Indiana.
