MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIVISION
ORGANIC RESOURCES WORK GROUP
WASTE WATER WORK GROUP
This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING sets forth an agreement between the City of South Bend
and the bargaining unit Teamsters of the Organic Resources and Waste Water Work Groups of the
Environmental Services Division.
The Supplemental Agreement for the Water Works Division of the City of South Bend made effective
January 1, 2017 is hereby amended as follows for the Organic Resources and Waste Water Work
Groups:
B. WASTEWATER WORK GROUP

d. An Employee in the Waste Water Work Group with a current electrician's license will
receive an additional Three Dollars and Thirty cents ($3.30) per hour as license premium
pay.
This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING shall be effective March 31, 2018. Every other provision of
the original Master Agreement and Supplemental Agreement Is hereby ratified, approved, and
reaffirmed by the parties and all other matters previously agreed to and set forth and not affected by
this amendment remain in full force and effect.
